Before you start, make sure you have Sip, Password and domain name/Sip server from NUACOM support.
NUACOM does not provide any warranty, assurance or support on functionality and reliability of the following setup since it uses a third party application. Please also note that the quality may be affected by the mobile device and Internet connection performance.
Open the newly installed app and tap on the “SIP ACCOUNT”.
Enter the details in the form and replace the username and password with your own details provided by NUACOM.
Account Name: E.g.: IE-12345-10
SIP Server: secure-call.nuacom.net
SIP User ID: E.g.: IE-12345-10
SIP Authentication ID: E.g.: IE-12345-10
Change the transmission protocol to “TCP”
Step 4 Additional Settings:
If you wish to use the app on the mobile Internet, not just WiFi, then go to advanced settings and switch off the “WiFi Only”.
