Click on the drop-down menu and select the required user. Then click ‘Save’.
Scroll down to the ‘Call Event Notifications’ section.
Click on the + Add Event Listener to add another field.
Change the ‘Action’ to Email.
Set the ‘Destination’ to the required Email Address.
The ‘For’ drop-down will allow you to select what you want. All: Every missed call across every number in the company. Queue: All missed calls allocated to a queue e.g Sales. Number: A missed call to a single phone number.
