First, log into the NUACOM Portal (app.nuacom.ie)
- PLEASE NOTE -
the portal will only accept the following files:
.CSV
.XLS
.XLSM
.XLSX is not compatible
- Navigate to Tools > Import Contacts & download the demo.xls template
- When filling in the information on the excel file you can use the country/area/local prefix if you wish
- Once complete, you can return to this page and use the + Select File button to upload your file
- You can select a group where these contacts will sit (you can create a new group if you wish)
- Once the group is selected you can choose if these contacts will be shared between your company/account OR if these will be only used by single/private user on your account
- Match the field names (highlighted in green) with the tabs from the excel file
- Once complete press the Save Contacts Button
- Once complete the system will inform you how many contacts were saved
Alternative method
- Navigate to Contacts.
- Click the drop-down menu 'Contacts', and click 'Import Contacts' to be brought to the Upload Contacts page as mentioned above.
