System numbers are pre-defined numbers which you can dial to quickly access certain features. These include record announcements, playback announcements, access your voicemail, playback your recordings, etc. This feature can help you with all your communication needs. Here is a list of most used system numbers:
230-238 – paging. You can use this range of system numbers to broadcast voice messages to multiple handsets, extensions, groups or even accounts. We’ll set it up for you according to your business needs.
266 – record system announcements (ex. welcome message, out of hours message, etc.)
267 – playback system announcements (ex. welcome message, options messages, etc.)
277 – call recording playback, listen to your call recordings. Dial 277, include your PIN, enter the phone number of the party you had the conversation with
120-170 – speed dial. You can assign different phone numbers to shortcuts in your online account. Then you can quickly call these numbers using these shortcuts. Ex. dial 121 to call the landline number of your partner.
171 – voicemail, access your voicemail and select different options (listen to old/new messages, delete messages, access additional options, etc.)
310-399 – leave voicemail to an internal extension, last 2 digits match the mailbox number. Can be used to transfer the caller to colleague’s voicemail.
777 – For NUACOM customer support service, simply dial this number and you will be connected with our support staff
2000-3999 – short code calling, to call an extension from another linked NUACOM account. First 2 digits match the liked account, next 2 digits the extension number to be called from that account.
9 followed by the number – send the call over a GSM Gateway. Ex. “9087654321”
