Mobile Apps Logs shows you how your team's NUACOM mobile apps are connecting. Use it to see when each user's app last checked in, what status it reported, and which device it is running on.
PLEASE NOTE: Mobile Apps Logs can only be viewed by admins unless explicit access has been given to users.
How mobile apps connect
Mobile apps aren't online all the time. To save battery, they sleep and wake up through push notifications when a call comes in.
Each time an app checks in, it sends a heartbeat. Every row in Mobile Apps Logs is one of those check-ins, so you get a timeline for each user.
How to open Mobile Apps Logs
- Log in to the NUACOM portal.
- Navigate to Reports > Mobile Apps Logs.
What you can see in the logs
Each row shows one check-in from a user's mobile app.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| User | The name and extension of the user whose app checked in. |
| Date & Time | When the app checked in. |
| Status | The status the app reported at that moment: Available or Busy. |
| Platform | The type of device the user checked in from: iOS or Android. |
| OS Version | The phone model and operating system version, for example "Apple iPhone 26.6". |
| Device ID | The ID of the device the user checked in from. |
| Registration ID | The push registration ID for that device. |
What do Available and Busy mean?
- Available: During that time, the extension was available to receive calls.
- Busy: During that time, the extension was not available to receive calls.
How to filter the logs
Use the filters at the top of the page to focus on exactly what you need:
- Users: Show check-ins for one or more specific users. (It makes sense to focus on a user to understand their timeline while trying to understand a missed call.)
- Status: Show Available, Busy or All check-ins.
- Date range: Choose the period you want to look at.
You can also use the Search box to search by User, Device and Registration ID, and click Refresh to load the latest check-ins.
Best used when:
A user tells you calls aren't ringing on their mobile phone. Check Mobile Apps Logs first.
- Open Reports > Mobile Apps Logs.
- Filter by the User who is having the problem.
- Look at the most recent row. This shows you when their app last checked in and which device it is on.
Use this to confirm that the user is signed in on the device you expect, and that the app has checked in recently.
Additional information
- Every check-in is recorded as its own row, so you may see several rows for the same user in a short period.
- The Device ID and Registration ID are shown shortened in the table but can be copied.
