Nuacom offers a FAX to email service, which can be added to an existing Nuacom account via a monthly add-on, which is charged per number
For Irish Numbers:
As of June 2023 Nuacom now supports both FAX + CALLS on the same line
International Numbers can be used for FAX
and some International Numbers can be used for both FAX + CALLS
For both types of numbers (Irish & International) a valid email address is required to send and receive the FAX into the system
Pre work and Setup
To send or receive a FAX you need to register your intended list of allowed senders emails address's first
Under SETTINGS > FAX to Email
Select the allowed outgoing email address's you wish to allow to send
Sending a FAX
To send a fax you need to register your intended list of allowed senders emails address's first
(see above)
Then:
- Send the intended email to the address (fax@fax.nuacom.net)
- In subject indicate the recipient fax number
- Attach the documents which need to be faxed (PDF, JPEG, JPG)
OR
Using the portal you can send a FAX
Under TOOLS > FAX
Then Select to Send Fax
Receiving a FAX
(see above)
All Received FAX is available via the User Portal (nuacom.ie)
Under TOOLS > FAX
Deleting FAX
IF you wish to remove a FAX from the portal, select the FAX you wish to remove
the option to delete the record will appear
PLEASE NOTE - once a FAX is deleted it cannot be recovered

Fax transmission/receiving bitrate: 2400 - 14400
Document file extensions for Fax2Email: PDF, JPEG, JPG
Maximum number of pages for transmission: 50
