Setting Up Your Conversation Rules
To set up the Automatic Conversation Assignment & Time To Respond (TTR) rules, head to Account Settings and locate the tab Conversation Rules.
You have the option to set specific rules per number, such as when a conversation needs to be assigned upon receiving a message or how much time agents have to respond to a conversation.
Conversations don't stop here, in this guide you can check how the agents will be checking and responding to those conversations, using the NUACOM desktop app.
