All Your Customer Conversations, Centralised

Now, all your inbox and outbox messages are unified into a single, comprehensive conversation thread for each customer, regardless of the messaging channel they used. This means no more hunting for fragmented communications—everything you need is in one place.

Enhanced Control for Admins

As an admin, you now have powerful new tools to ensure efficient customer engagement:

  • Automatic Conversation Assignment: Automatically assign incoming conversations to your agents, ensuring prompt attention and balanced workloads.
  • Time To Respond (TTR) Settings: Set a Time To Respond (TTR) value for conversations. This feature helps you monitor response times, ensuring your team meets customer expectations and boosts overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manual Conversation Reassignment: If needed, reassign a conversation to a different Agent (User) or department (User Group).

 

 

 

From the Messages menu, you can:

  • Send a new message by opening a conversation or by clicking on the + button in the top right corner.
  • Search for a Contact or a Number in a conversation.
  • Multi-select conversations for bulk marking as read or archiving.
  • Filter your conversations based on message statuses (Unread, Unassigned, Archived).
  • Check and open your conversations.
  • Manually reassign a conversation (admin-only).
