Coverage depends on whether calls are allowed to landlines only or to both landlines and mobile numbers.

Recommended Check Before Calling

Before placing international calls:

• Confirm the destination country is included

• Confirm whether the number is landline or mobile

• Ensure your plan is Unlimited or Call Center

If unsure, contact support for confirmation.

Prepaid Billing & Credit Balance

If your plan is Unlimited or Call Center and your account billing type is prepaid, you must maintain a sufficient credit balance to place calls to destinations outside the included free countries.

Calls to countries or number types that are not covered by the free destination list are billed at standard outbound rates and require available prepaid credit.

If there is not enough prepaid credit available at the time of the call, you may hear the following audio message:

“You do not have sufficient credit to make this call.”

To continue making calls to destinations outside the included countries, please ensure your prepaid balance is topped up.
