To activate the AI Call Analysis add-on your subscription needs to support Call Recording.

 

With our new AI Call Analysis tool, your calls are recorded and analyzed to provide actionable insights, helping you improve customer satisfaction, boost sales, and streamline operations.

 

AI Call Analysis Features 

You can check the Call Analysis by clicking on the Action button in a call.
 


Call Summary

You will now receive a brief summary of the call to help you quickly understand what it is about without needing to listen to the recording.

Topics & Action Items

AI analysis now brings you the main topics & action items of the call.
Topics can be considered as more elaborated Key points.

 

Updated Call Player

As always, the call player is available to listen to the call recording. 
Some new features of the new player include the Cut & Save feature for the call, checking which participant talks more, and advancing to their speaking part.
 

 

 

Call Transcription

You can now read the call transcript, separated by speaker, and listen along as the call is played back, with the transcribed words highlighted as you listen.
