For the option to appear, you need the following:
- Your subscription should support Call Recording, and it needs to be enabled in your account.
- You have activated the free or the paid version of NUACOM AI.
- After activation, have some calls that the AI has already analyzed.
Clicking on the button, you are now free to search for any term or expression in call transcripts. The term will be searched in the call Transcription, Summary, Topics & Action Items.
Here are some tips if you want to make a more advanced search:
- You may include conditions in your search terms:
- The rest filter options of Call Logs work in conjunction with Transcript Search. For example, if you want to limit your search for specific dates and Queues, firstly, you set the date range in Call Logs, then you apply a filter for the Queue, and lastly you make the Transcript Search. Here is an example applying only date filters:
