Release Notes for the Desktop Softphone App

Version v1.22.42 - 20 June 2024

 

New Features:

  • Additional Tags: You can now add Tags created with the Tag Management tool to calls. 
  • Salesforce Call Syncing: You now have the ability to choose whether to sync a call to Salesforce before picking up or when the call has connected.

Bug fixes:

  • We have fixed a bug where when you were setting up more than one Custom URLs, only one appeared during the call.
  • We have fixed an issue where when you were on a call and wanted to bring up the dialer to dial a number, the country flag was trying to load.
  • Sometimes when you clicked the cancel button while you were in the Create Contact page, you'd come up with a blank page.
  • We have fixed an issue where putting a call on hold would change the state of the microphone from muted to unmuted.

New Features:

  • Focus On Dialer: Now when you open the app, you will land on Dialer. That will improve the loading time of the app and you'll make one less click to start dialing.
  • 3 months of Calls: Speaking of loading times, after this update you will be able to search for calls within the last 3 months. This will help us to bring the results back to you faster. As always, the Nuacom web portal is here for you to search for older calls.

  • We have fixed some bugs on conference calls and the transfer call functionality.
