While you can send and receive WhatsApp messages directly from the NUACOM Desktop App once your account and number are enabled for WhatsApp in NUACOM, campaigns (more than 10 recipients) can be sent through the NUACOM Web Portal. This guide explains how supervisors can send WhatsApp Campaign Messages.
Prerequisites
- You need to have activated the WhatsApp integration in NUACOM.
- You need to have at least one number connected.
- You need to have at least one Marketing template approved by WhatsApp.
Send a Campaign
To send the campaign, just head to Send New Messages from the Web Portal.
Steps:
- Select the WhatsApp channel at the top.
- Select your WhatsApp Sender Name (only when you have more than one number connected).
- Select the number(s) or contact groups that you need this message to get delivered to.
- Select an approved WhatsApp Template and send the message.
- (Optional) If your template contains dynamic values, fill in the values before sending the message.
Check the progress of your Campaign
To check the campaign progress, head to SMS History page and check the status.
When you send a campaign to more than 10 recipients, you'll notice only one line in the page with an overview of the campaign status:
