How to transfer calls using the NUACOM Desktop App

How to transfer an active call to an internal number

once on an active call, press the call transfer button (highlighted in red)

(this will put your call on hold)

if you know the internal number, type it in.

you can then choose to:

transfer to them with using the transfer button (blind transfer)

OR call the person first (attended transfer) then transfer using the transfer button (highlighted in red)

if you do not know the number OR want to select a user from your company or favorites,

simply scroll down the list with your mouse and select the call first or transfer button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How to transfer an active call to an external number

once on an active call, press the call transfer button (highlighted in red)

you will be given the option to either transfer (blind transfer)

or call the person first (attended transfer)

once the 2nd call is active, press the green transfer button on the first call,

this will end the call for you
