Bug fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where the mobile app continued ringing after receiving an incoming call from a queue.
  • Fixed an issue where missed call notifications displayed the user's avatar when received while the app was in the foreground. Tapping the notification now correctly opens the missed call details screen.

Bug fixes:

  •  Fixed intermittent incoming call failures on Samsung Galaxy devices where calls would ring without displaying the UI, or the answer/decline buttons would become unresponsive.
  • Fixed terminated calls remaining on screen and not responding to button taps on Samsung devices.
  • Fixed push notifications not being delivered for incoming calls on Android, causing users to only receive missed call alerts ~1 hour later.
  • Fixed missed call notifications not appearing when the app is in the foreground.

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where two calls could be triggered simultaneously.

  • The ringtone stops playing after tapping the incoming call notification banner.

  • The proximity sensor does not function correctly on some Samsung devices.

  •  We have fixed the issue where no error is displayed when signing in with a Google SSO account that does not exist in Nuacom.

  • Fixed the issue with the inability to exit the call details screen on Google Pixel 9 devices.

  • Fixed an issue where the keyboard was overlapping the OTP input field.

  • Fixed calls cannot be transferred to DDI numbers containing spaces.

  • Fixed an issue where outbound calls rejected by the recipient were displayed with an incorrect direction in the call history.

  • Fixed an issue where contact filtering did not work during blind or attended transfers, preventing users from searching contacts by name.

  • Fixed an issue where an error message ("An error occurred while signing out") was displayed on the login screen after logout.

Improvements:

  • We’ve improved the way we’re handling calls to be up to date with Android's requirements.

  • We’ve improved how the app behaves when limited permissions are given.

Bug fixes:

  • We have fixed an issue where an incoming call would be missed (mostly on Samsung devices) because of a notification issue.

  • Sometimes, signing out of the app was not possible when some app permissions were missing.

  • When transferring a call to an extension, the same extension would stay on the next transfer results.

  • Adding a team member to favourites would add additional extensions automatically.

  • Tags searching would not work while using capital letters.

  • Removing more than 3 tags in a call would result in an error.

  • On some devices, due to screen resolution, adding a note to the call was not available.

  • Deleting a recording was giving an error on some occasions.

Improvements:

  • You can now copy a number with a long press from call details.

  • We are now asking for app permissions on app installation, and we will give you more info on why we need those permissions.

  • Extension filters on call transfers: Now, when you want to transfer a call, you may filter by extension number or extension name, finding the desired extension faster.

Bug fixes:

  • We have fixed an issue where a non-admin user could see all extensions in Call filters.

  • We have added an improvement for Samsung devices where the app won’t ask for the battery optimisation permission if Samsung battery apps optimise the app.

  • We have fixed an issue where if you had previously applied a filter for extensions in the Teams tab, it would still be there when you wanted to transfer a call.

  • Play specific ringback audio for calls for the USA region.

Bug fixes:

  • We have fixed an issue where the calling screen would remain after the call was transferred to another number.
  • In the Queue filter in Call Logs, admins would not be able to see all Queues.
  • The play icon was still present in the call player after the call had been deleted.
  • On some Samsung devices, the call status was stuck on Connecting for incoming calls.
  • We have fixed some cases where the call logs would not refresh.
  • The call transfer screen would remain after the call was transferred to another number.

  • Call log results should come up faster with this version.

Bug fixes:

  • We have fixed an issue where an error would appear when clicking on deleting a recording.
  • We have fixed the Queue filter in Call Logs.
  • Caller ID was missing when opening some outbound calls in Call Logs.
  • The app won't start making a call and crash when the user does not give audio permissions.
  • Now, when a call recording is deleted, the local call recording that is briefly saved on the device will also be deleted.
  • We fixed an issue where numbers were cropped in the Caller ID list.
  • We have fixed an issue where the sound and microphone were not working correctly on some Samsung devices when the screen was locked and the loudspeaker was enabled.
  • When you are listening to a call recording, and you change to another screen, the recording will stop playing.
  • The app would not navigate to the missed call when clicking on a missed call notification.

New Features:

  • Queue Info on Call details: Now, if an incoming call has landed in a Queue, you can check its name from Call History, like in the Nuacom web portal.

 

Bug fixes:

  • We have fixed an issue where the full contact names did not appear for some contacts.
  • A contact could be saved without entering data in the required fields.
  • Call Filters could not be scrolled on Samsung devices.
  • We have fixed some call icons in the Call History.
  • We have made some changes to the localization of the app and fixed some text croppings on buttons.

  • Fixed persistent battery optimisation messages on some Android vendors.

  • Call Notes & Tags on the iOS App. You can now add notes & tags during or after a call.
  • Focus On Dialer: Now when you open the app, you will land on Dialer. That will improve the loading time of the app and you'll make one less click to start dialing.

  • We have fixed an issue where adding a contact from call history was not filling the number in the mobile contact field.

  • Help Options: When something isn't feeling right, help is one button away. A new Get Help option has been added in the Settings menu, to reach out to our team or provide feedback faster.


Bug fixes:

  • We have fixed an issue where pausing & resuming recording was not available.
  • Attended transfer was not working correctly.
  • When a network change took place during the call (eg. Wi-Fi -> 4G), the call had no audio.
  • Missed calls were not showing correctly on the app.
  • Sometimes on incoming calls through Queues, Queue names were not shown.
