Introduction
NUACOM Business Messaging is designed to transform the way you interact with your customers, offering a streamlined and efficient platform for all your messaging needs — now available on the go in the NUACOM Mobile Apps.
All Your Customer Conversations, Centralised
All inbox and outbox messages are unified into a single conversation thread per customer, regardless of the messaging channel used — eliminating fragmented communications, whether you're replying from your desk or from your phone.
Enhanced Control for Admins
Administrators have the same engagement tools available on mobile as on desktop:
- Automatic Conversation Assignment: Incoming conversations automatically route to agents with balanced workloads.
- Time To Respond (TTR) Settings: Monitor response times to make sure customer expectations are met, even when your team is away from their desks.
- Manual Conversation Reassignment: Reassign conversations to different agents or departments (User Groups) directly from the app.
Messages Tab Features
From the Messages tab, users can:
- Send a new message via an existing conversation or the + button.
- Search for a contact or number to quickly locate a conversation.
- Select one or more conversations to mark as read or archive in bulk.
- Filter conversations by status: Unread, Unassigned, or Archived.
- Tap a conversation to open the full thread.
- Manually reassign a conversation to another agent or department (admin-only).
Conversation Display Details
Each conversation row shows the contact's name, the channel used, a preview of the latest message, and a timestamp, so you can see the state of a conversation at a glance.
Opening a conversation shows the full message history, along with a reply box where you can type a response, add attachments, insert emoji, and switch channels if needed — all from your mobile device.
