- Click Phonebook in the left-hand menu.
- On the Contacts tab, click + Add new.
- Make sure + Add manually is selected at the top of the panel.
- Fill in the Contact Details:

- Last Name
- Email (optional if a phone number is added on step 2)
- Comment: (optional)
- (Optional) Fill in the Address section: Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City/Town, County/State, Post Code and Country.
- Click Next.
- Set the Visibility: Shared - All the company can view the contact / Private - Only you can view the contact.
- (Optional) Add the Contact to a Group and/or Organisation.
- Add up to 5 phone numbers for the Contact. (optional if you have added an email in the previous step)
Once saved, the contact appears in your list on the Contacts tab.
Method 2: Add a contact from your call logs
You can save the number of an incoming or outgoing call without typing it in again.
- Click Call Logs in the left-hand menu.
- Locate a number that is not saved in your Phonebook and click on it. (it won't give you a name)
- Select Add to Phonebook and follow the instructions.
This option is available across the system to use (Reports, Logs, etc.)
