If you have the Call Recording feature enabled on your account and need to pause the recording then resume it again, then please see below the details:
- To Pause the call recording while on a call that is recorded, press #1
- To Resume the call recording while on a call that is recorded, press #3
When this function is invoked, the agent will get audio confirmation heard only by him/her.
It can be used on both NUACOM softphone app and the IP handsets.
