In this example, we apply a pre-recorded greeting announcement within the IVR.
- 1. Log in to the NUACOM customer portal.
- Navigate to Settings > IVR Menu.
- Scroll down to ‘Greeting’.
- Click on the selection box to select the announcement from the list.
- In our case, we have announcement number 10 called "Welcome message", select it.
- Press "Save this IVR" at the bottom of the page.
Done.
The following example is to apply your pre-recorded out-of-hours announcement.
- Log in to the NUACOM Website.
- Navigate to Settings > IVR Menu.
- Scroll down to ‘Closed / Out of Office Hours’ tab.
- Click on the selection box to select "Play message" action from the list.
- In the box to the right, in the drop-down, select your pre-recorded announcement.
- Save the IVR at the bottom of the page.
Done. Test it now. Not working?
1. Check if the opening hours are correctly set within the relevant IVR.
The scenario should work for out-of-hours, make sure that you are testing it out-of-hours.
