How to Log In to the Nuacom Customer Portal

The Nuacom customer portal lets you manage your account, users, call settings, IVR, and announcements.

Step 1: Open the Customer Portal

Go to: https://app.nuacom.ie/

Step 2: Choose How You Want to Sign In

You can log in using one of the following options:

Option A: Email & Password

1. Enter your email address

2. Enter your password

3. (Optional) Tick Remember to stay signed in

4. Click Log In

Option B: Sign In with your Google account

• Click Sign in with Google

• Select your Google account

Option C: Sign In with your Microsoft account

• Click Sign in with Microsoft

• Select your Microsoft account

Use the same email address that is linked to your Nuacom account.

Forgot Your Password?

1. Click Reset Password

2. Enter your email address

3. Follow the instructions sent to your email

After You Log In

Once signed in, you’ll be taken to the dashboard where you can access your settings and services.
