Uploading an announcement from an audio file.

If you already have an audio file that you wish to upload into the system, you can follow the same steps as above and, at the last step do the following:

1. Press the Choose File button and select the supported file from your system. If the file format is supported, you should see the audio player where you can listen to the file.
2. Press the Upload button to send the file to the system.
3. Enter the announcement name and description.
4. Press the Save Description button.
5. Before closing this window, take note of the new announcement reference number, which in the below example is #49
