Associating the extension with the user (for use with the Desktop or Mobile App)

Once the extension has been added to the account, the person intended to use the app must be paired/associated with the extension for use.

PLEASE NOTE - if you are unable to make these changes in your portal, first please check with your admin, otherwise please contact the support team (support@nuacom.ie) to carry out this action

Once complete, save your changes at the bottom of the page

- please note - if a person has left the business/company OR if you wish to exchange the extension for use with another user, you must first remove/unassign the extension from the previous user first.
