Once the extension has been added to the account, the person intended to use the app must be paired/associated with the extension for use.

PLEASE NOTE - if you are unable to make these changes in your portal, first please check with your admin, otherwise please contact the support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to carry out this action
Once complete, save your changes at the bottom of the page
- please note - if a person has left the business/company OR if you wish to exchange the extension for use with another user, you must first remove/unassign the extension from the previous user first.
