Currently, you purchase SMS credits, which you use to send messages. We're moving to a more streamlined approach, where your SMS costs will be deducted directly from your account balance in your account’s currency.

Simplify Billing: Consolidating your SMS charges with your other NUACOM services makes your billing process more straightforward to understand.
Provide Greater Transparency: You'll have a clearer view of your SMS costs in your account’s currency.
What Does This Mean for Your Existing Credits?
We understand you may have existing SMS credits in your account. Don't worry, these credits won't be lost! We will automatically convert your remaining SMS credits to their equivalent monetary value in your account's currency. This conversion will be done fairly and transparently, using a pre-determined exchange value based on the time and the amount of credits you have bought in the past.
What Happens Next?
Automatic Conversion: Your existing SMS credits will be converted to your account's currency automatically. You don't need to take any action.
Updated Billing: In the following weeks, your SMS usage will be charged directly to your account balance in your local currency.
An updated way to top up your account: To top up your account now, you need to navigate to the Balance Top Up page. There, you can make one-off top-ups or set up an automatic top-up when your balance is low to avoid interruptions in your messaging service.
