1. Log in to the NUACOM website.

2. Navigate to Settings > Extensions.
   
   

Setup

1. Click on the Users’ Name as seen below.
   

2. In the ‘Voicemail Box’ drop-down, select the extension for the required user.
   2.1. Change ‘Voicemail To Email’ to the email address you wish the voicemail to be sent to.

3. Click ‘OK’ at the bottom of the window to save all changes.
