- Log in to the NUACOM website.
- Navigate to Settings > Extensions.
Setup
- Click on the Users’ Name as seen below.
- In the ‘Voicemail Box’ drop-down, select the extension for the required user.
2.1. Change ‘Voicemail To Email’ to the email address you wish the voicemail to be sent to.
- Click ‘OK’ at the bottom of the window to save all changes.
