The Missed Call Report will send an email to tell you when you missed a call from a particular queue/phone number or you can get notified of ALL calls coming into your system
The Email Reports section will allow you to send a default OR a customised report sent daily/weekly/monthly (you can also select when you get the report)
The default report will do an overview of the system activity and break down the totals in 5 most active positions.
The advanced report will give you the option to customise the reports, for example, you can select the data only for one User group/extension
