Agent Queue Availability Report

When setting up Queues, you can add agents to a Queue and mark them as Dynamic. This means that agents can log in and out of Queue whenever they want, using system shortcodes or the Nuacom apps.

With the Agent Queue Availability Report, you can see when these agents log in and out of a queue. To access the report, head on Reports -> Agent Queue Availability.

When accessing the report, you have the option to filter your results by extensions (agents), Queues, Actions (log in/out) and dates.

That's it! You can now check the actions of your Dynamic Agents in the Queues.
