The Wallboard is a valuable tool that looks at the calls coming into a queue
By Default, It will show you the inbound call activity for each queue
Calls Abandoned
Calls Completed
Average Call Time
Average Hold Time
By Default, It will also show you the outbound call activity of the queue
Calls Completed
Total Outbound Talk Time
Average Outbound Time
How to Get Access the wallboard
The Account Holder & Admins have access by default and can grant admin access to non-admins
please check (SETTINGS > USERS)
Each Non-Admin must be given access to the queue they need to see or team they are a part of

Call Incoming
(the extensions will turn orange when they are being called)
Incoming Call is active
(the extension that answered the call will turn red & the call will be moved to the connected to column)
Incoming Call is Complete
(the inbound stats are updated to reflect this)
