These instructions are for the Nuacom customer portal, accessible at https://app.nuacom.ie/.
Remember, you'll need to have a Nuacom account to log in.
Once you're logged in, follow these steps:
- Go to "Settings" and then "Extensions".
Keep in mind:
- You can only choose numbers that are already existing in your Nuacom account.
- If you want to use a number that isn't in Nuacom yet, you'll need to transfer (port) it over first.
To set your caller ID for each extension:
- Pick the number you want from the "Caller ID" dropdown menu.
- Hit "OK" to confirm.
No-admin user and not seeing the number needed?
- Double-check your user permissions under "Settings" > "Users".
(for the admin) Find your user and click "Edit". - Make sure the user is allowed to use the numbers you need, then save your changes.
