Configuration

log into the portal (nuacom.ie) and go to Settings > Apps and Integrations




Select to view/edit Gong & select to connect your Gong account

sign in with your credentials & Allow the access with Nuacom

select to add users config and map the extensions in Nuacom with the users/teams in Gong




(you can select to have all calls sync to Gong OR select certain calls from queues or numbers to sync with Gong if you wish)

Congratulations!! 
Gong & Nuacom should now be integrated correctly
