Boxly is an AI-powered dental CRM that helps dental practices capture leads, automate follow-ups, and effortlessly grow patient bookings.
NUACOM integrates with Boxly and syncs the calls with AI data to your Boxly leads.
How to Set Up
Boxly Settings
To set up the integration, first, you need an API key from Boxly for telephone use.
Login to https://app.boxly.ai/ with your credentials, head to Channels, and click on Connect a new Channel.
Then select API Channel, open the new window, select the Phone channel type, and enter NUACOM in the name field.
Then, on the newly created channel, head to API keys, and click on Create an API key. Give the API key any name and click create. Then Copy the key, this key will need to be placed on NUACOM.
NUACOM Settings
Having the API key, log in to the NUACOM web portal and head to Apps & Integrations.
Locate the Boxly integration and click on connect. In the new window, paste the Boxly API key. Once connected successfully, you have the option to:
- Send the call recording as a file to Boxly for analysis or use a redirection link to access it through NUACOM
- Send AI data to Boxly if AI Call Analysis is enabled in NUACOM. This will push the Call Summary to Boxly, making it easier to understand the call's reason and organise your leads correctly.
- Select which calls to sync. You can select to sync specific calls to Boxly.

In your lists, you will get the contact's number and/or name if it's saved in NUACOM. You will also get the direction of the call and a small summary of the call if you have enabled NUACOM AI.
