OnePageCRM Integration Set Up Guide

This article explains how to integrate NUACOM with OnePageCRM.

The integration allows you to identify OnePageCRM contacts during inbound calls, access CRM details instantly, and automatically log call activities in OnePageCRM, including call recordings and AI-powered call analysis.

  1. Log in to your NUACOM Account at NUACOM Web Portal.
  2. Go to Settings → Apps and Integrations
  3. Locate OnePageCRM, click View / Edit, then click Connect

4. A modal window will open. The first step is to access your OnePageCRM API page.

If you are already logged into OnePageCRM:

  • A new tab will open to the OnePageCRM API page

  • Navigate to the Configuration section

  • Copy the User ID and paste it into the NUACOM integration modal

  • Copy the API Key (click Show API Key) and paste it into the modal

If you are not logged into OnePageCRM:

You will be prompted to log in before completing the connection to the NUACOM platform.

 5. User Mapping

Map NUACOM extensions to their corresponding OnePageCRM users to ensure calls are logged under the correct user.

  • Select a NUACOM extension

  • Select the matching OnePageCRM user

  • Enter the user’s API Key

  • Use the + button to add additional users (each user requires their own API Key)

  • You may also enable NUACOM AI Call Analysis to log call summaries, action items, key points, topics, and average call emotion.

  • Important: Click Save Config once finished.

Common issue:
If user mapping fails, ensure you are copying the API Key and not the User ID.

 

6. Contact Updates (Webhooks)

This step enables NUACOM to access and log contact records in OnePageCRM.

Go to the Webhook page in OnePageCRM under Configuration, then add a new webhook.

Enter the following details:

Default Integration Credentials do not need to be changed unless you are updating the admin user.

7. Events Synchronization

In the Call Data Sync section, choose which call events should be logged in OnePageCRM.

We recommend selecting All to ensure complete call visibility.

Scope Options:

  • All: Log all calls

  • Number: Log calls from a specific phone number

  • Queue: Log calls from a specific queue

Value:

  • Select the number or queue as applicable

Recording:

  • Included – Send call recordings to OnePageCRM

  • Do Not Include – Exclude recordings

 

Important:
Click Save after making changes. To close the modal, click the X in the top-right corner or click outside the modal.

 

Uninstalling the Integration

To disconnect OnePageCRM:

  • Go to NUACOM Portal → Settings → Apps and Integrations

  • Open OnePageCRM

  • Click Disconnect

After confirmation, calls will no longer sync to OnePageCRM and related integration data will be removed from the NUACOM system.
