Initial Setup
To connect your Go HighLevel account with Nuacom, you need to have either an admin account of a HighLevel agency or an admin account of HighLevel sub-account.
Configuration
To configure the integration, log into the Nuacom portal and go to Settings > Apps and Integrations
Locate the Go HighLevel integration, click on view/edit & then click on the Connect button.
On connect, the login window appears, where you need to enter your agency/sub-account username and password.
Once you have logged in you need to select a sub-account to connect to this integration.
Selecting an account, the app will ask for permissions. Please select what you'd like to sync from Nuacom to Go HighLevel:
Once you click Proceed, the window will reload & you will be presented with the app settings window:
The first step is to map the users between Nuacom and Go HighLevel. Once you have finished, you can click the Save Users Mapping button.
The next option is whether you'd like to push the call recording on Go HighLevel as a downloadable file. If you enable it this is how it will look on Go HighLevel:
The next thing you need to set up is the Call Data Sync rules for Go HighLevel. You can choose to sync all calls, calls that have been landed in specific queues, and calls that have landed in specific numbers. For each choice, you have the option to include or not the call recording.
Once finished, you can click on Save events.
That's it!! You can now use the Go HighLevel integration in Nuacom.
