Setting up the WH64 Headset (for a Fanvil phone & Nuacom Desktop App)

Connecting to a Fanvil phone
(EHS METHOD)

 

The WH64 headset will require the following contents 
(if being used to connect to a Fanvil Phone)

STEP 1 - Connect the PSU And EHS Base 
to the following ports on the WH64 Headset Base
(DO NOT connect any other cables or fill any other ports)

STEP 2 - Connect the EHS Cable to the smaller port 
& ensure only this port is connected 
(the AUX port does not need to be connected)

STEP 3 - Connect the EHS Cable from the EHS Base to the Fanvil Headset port

Connecting to the Desktop App

 

The WH64 headset will require the following contents 
(if being used to connect to a PC/laptop)

STEP 1 - Connect the PSU to the WH64 Base
 

STEP 2 - you can choose to use either the USB Type C > A 
OR
USB Type C > C
(depending on what your device has)


(DO NOT connect any other cables or fill any other ports)

Connecting to a Fanvil phone
(USB METHOD)

 

The WH64 headset will require the following contents 
(if being used to connect to the USB port on the Fanvil Phone)

 

 

STEP 1 - Connect the PSU to the WH64 Base
 

STEP 2 - connect the Micro USB to the WH64 Headset Base in the Phone Port

(DO NOT connect any other cables or fill any other ports)

Connecting to a Fanvil phone
(Bluetooth METHOD)

 

The WH64 headset will require the following contents 
(if being used to connect to the Fanvil phone Via Bluetooth the Fanvil Phone)

 

 

STEP 1 - Connect the PSU to the WH64 Base

(DO NOT connect any other cables or fill any other ports)

 

 

STEP 2 - Connect the Headset to the Fanvil Phone Via Bluetooth

Bluetooth will need to be enabled on the phone



On the Main Screen, select Menu

  • Using the arrow buttons, go to Basic Settings, then press OK

  • Using the arrow buttons, go to Bluetooth, then press OK

  • Using the arrow buttons, enable Bluetooth by selecting enabled, then press OK

  • Using the arrow buttons, move to "Paired Device" then select the option to Scan for local devices

  • place the headset to Pairing Mode 
    by moving and holding the switch on the headset to the Bluetooth Icon for approx 3 > 6 seconds

    (the light should start to flash)

 

 

  • Using the arrow buttons on the fanvil phone, find the headset you want to connect to

    (the headset must be in a pairing mode at this step 
    see above)

    then select the Link option to pair and connect the headset to the phone
