On Cisco SPA 303, the Mute feature has unique capabilities. When Mute is enabled, you can hear other parties on a call, but they cannot hear you. You can use this feature on the handset, speakerphone, or headset.

• To toggle Mute on: Press the Mute button. The LED is lit.
• To toggle Mute off: Press the lit Mute button
