You can forward all calls. Forwarding calls is possible when the phone is busy or forward calls when there is no answer.

Forwarding All Calls

Using the cfwd soft-key:
STEP 1   Press the cfwd soft-key.
STEP 2   Enter a number to which to forward all calls; for example, your voice mailbox, another extension, or an outside line. If forwarding calls to an outside line, be sure to use any access and local area codes required.
STEP 3   Press the dial soft-key. The LCD screen displays Calls Forwarded.

Using the star code:
Press *72 and enter the number to which to forward all calls.

Using the Setup button:
STEP 1   Press the Setup button.
STEP 2   Scroll to Call Forward and press the select soft-key.
STEP 3   Scroll to CFWD All Number and press the edit soft-key.
STEP 4   Enter a number to which to forward all calls; for example, your voice mailbox, another extension, or to an outside line. If forwarding calls to an outside line, be sure to use any access and area codes required.
STEP 5   Press the ok soft-key.
STEP 6   Press the save soft-key.

Forwarding Calls When Your Phone is Busy

Using the star code:
Press *90 and enter the number to which to forward calls.

Using the Setup button:
STEP 1   Press the Setup button.
STEP 2   Scroll to Call Forward and press the select soft-key.
STEP 3   Scroll to CFWD Busy Number and press the edit soft-key.
STEP 4   Enter a unique number which can be used for the forwarding of all calls.

Forwarding Calls When You Don’t Answer the Phone

Using the star code:
Press *92 and enter the number to which to forward calls.

Using the Setup button:
STEP 1   Press the Setup button.
STEP 2   Scroll to Call Forward and press the select soft-key.
STEP 3   Scroll to CFWD No Ans Number and press the edit soft-key.
STEP 4   Enter a number to which to forward all calls
STEP 5   Press the ok soft-key.
STEP 6   Press the save soft-key.

Delaying Call Forwarding When You Do Not Answer the Phone

STEP 1   Press the Setup button.
STEP 2   Scroll to Call Forward and press the select soft-key.
STEP 3   Scroll to CFWD No Ans Delay and press the edit soft-key.
STEP 4   Enter the number of seconds to delay forwarding calls, if there is no answer at your phone.
STEP 5   Press the ok soft-key.
STEP 6   Press the save soft-key.

Stopping Call Forwarding

To stop forwarding calls, press the -cfwd soft-key.

You can also stop call forwarding by doing the following:

STEP 1   Press the Setup button.
STEP 2   Scroll to Call Forward and press the edit soft-key.
STEP 3   Press the clear soft-key, then press the ok soft-key.
STEP 4   Press the save soft-key.

Using star codes:

• Enter *73 to deactivate call forwarding.
• Enter *91 to deactivate call forward busy.
• Enter *93 to deactivate call forward no answer.
