If a call arrives at your office and your phone is not ringing you can take the call on your own phone by dialling "9". Just press "9" then pick the handset and that will automatically call "9".

Note: the pick-up function will connect to the last incoming ringing call. For example, if there are 2 ringing calls, the pick-up will take the most recent.
