The LCD screen on Cisco 8851 will notify you if you have a missed call.

• This is shown on the LCD by a phone icon with an arrow pointing to the left next to your extension.

• You may have a bar on the bottom of the LCD with two options Call rtn & Missed.

1. Press the Call rtn softkey to call the last missed call number immediately.

2. Press the Missed softkey to view what missed calls you have. Navigate to the number you wish to call and click the Call softkey to call back.

NOTE: If the call was from a long distance number, you may have to edit the call before returning it. Press the edit softkey to edit the call and use the softkey buttons and keypad to edit the number.
