The LCD screen on Cisco 7821 will notify you if you have a missed call.

• This is shown on the LCD by a phone icon with an arrow pointing to the left.

1. Press the Call rtn softkey to call the last missed call number immediately.

2. Press the Recents softkey to view all calls you have. Navigate to the missed number you wish to call and click the Call softkey to call back or lift the handset to start the call.

NOTE: If the call was from a long distance number, you may have to edit the call before returning it. Press the edit softkey to edit the call and use the softkey buttons and keypad to edit the number.
