On Fanvil X3S, use the “Do Not Disturb” feature to prevent incoming calls from ringing your phone. If you have voice mail configured, incoming callers immediately reach voice mail. If voice mail is not configured, callers hear a busy signal or message.

Activating Do Not Disturb

Using the DND soft-key:

To activate Do Not Disturb, press the DND soft-key. The LCD screen indicates that Do Not Disturb is turned on for your phone.

Using the Menu button:

You can also access Do Not Disturb by performing the following steps:

STEP 1   Press the [Menu] button.

STEP 2   Scroll to 2. Features. 

STEP 3   Scroll to 5. DND

STEP 4   Change "Type" to Enabled by using the arrow button

Deactivating Do Not Disturb

Using the DND soft-key:

To deactivate Do Not Disturb, press the [DND] soft-key. The LCD screen indicates that Do Not Disturb is now turned off for your phone.

Using the Menu button:

You can also access Do Not Disturb by performing the following steps:

STEP 1   Press the [Menu] button.

STEP 2   Scroll to 2. Features. 

STEP 3   Scroll to 5. DND

STEP 4   Change "Type" to Disabled by using the arrow button.
