If you wish to set up a call forward on your Fanvil X3S, please follow these steps:

Using the Menu

STEP 1. Press the [Menu] button.
STEP 2. Select 2. Features
STEP 3. Select 1. Call Forwarding
STEP 4. Press [Enter] on the extension.
STEP 5. Select 1. Unconditional.
STEP 6. Select enable by using the arrow buttons and enter the number you wish to forward to. 

Forwarding Calls When Your Phone is Busy

Using the Menu

STEP 1. Press the [Menu] button.
STEP 2. Select 2. Features
STEP 3. Select 1. Call Forwarding
STEP 4. Press [Enter] on the extension.
STEP 5. Select 2. Busy.
STEP 6. Select enable by using the arrow buttons and enter the number you wish to forward to. 

Forwarding Calls When You Don’t Answer the Phone

Using the Menu

STEP 1. Press the [Menu] button.
STEP 2. Select 2. Features
STEP 3. Select 1. Call Forwarding
STEP 4. Press [Enter] on the extension.
STEP 5. Select 3. No Answer.
STEP 6. Select enable by using the arrow buttons and enter the number you wish to forward to. 

Note: You will see the call forward icon in the top right corner of your LCD screen when your phone is set to Call Forward.

Stopping Call Forwarding

Using the Menu

STEP 1. Press the [Menu] button.
STEP 2. Select 2. Features
STEP 3. Select 1. Call Forwarding
STEP 4. Press [Enter] on the extension.
STEP 5. Select 1. Unconditional / 2. Busy / 3. No Answer
STEP 6. Select disable by using the arrow buttons.
