This method is used for connecting your local Wi-Fi using the USB Wi-Fi Dongle connected to the Fanvil
X5U / X6U / X7U / X210 Models

How to connect to your local WiFi
using the WiFi Dongle or X3SW or V62W
- For the X5U / X6U / X7U / X210 Models
First, Insert the WiFi Dongle into the USB port on the IP Phone
- On the Main Screen, select Menu
- Using the arrow and ok buttons, go to Basic Settings and press OK
- Select WLAN or WIFI and press OK
- Using the arrow buttons set the WLAN or WIFI to enabled, once successful it will search the local networks
- Using the arrow buttons go to the section marked Available Network and press OK/Enter
- Using the arrow buttons, select your WiFi then press the button marked Link
- Using the number buttons, enter the WiFi password for your WiFi (case sensitive)
(if you require to use a symbol (! @ " etc) please press the number/123 option until it shows 2ab,
then press the * to go through the available symbols)

SELECT WLAN or WIFI
WLAN or WIFI SHOULD BE SET TO ENABLED
SCAN FOR AVAILABLE NETWORKS
WHEN THE SCAN IS COMPLETE
PRESS OK/ENTER ON
AVAILABLE NETWORKS
FIND THE NETWORK/SSID
MATCHING YOUR NETWORK/BROADBAND
SELECT MORE > LINK
ENTER THE PASSWORD FOR YOUR WiFi / WPA2 PASSWORD
(this is case sensitive)
YOU CAN USE THE # KEY TO SWITCH BETWEEN
THE DIFFERENT ALPHABET/NUMBER OPTIONS
(if you require to use a symbol (! @ " etc) please press the * to go through the available symbols)
PRESS OK WHEN COMPLETE
